We come to your property and walk the whole house with you. We listen to how you want your home to look and ask the questions other builders skip. No sales pitch.
Design & Plan
Before we break ground, you have seen exactly what we are about to build. Drawings, material specs, and 3D renderings on your phone. For a remodel that touches multiple trades, that includes every transition between them. Nothing moves forward until you sign off on the plan.
Permits & Approvals
Exterior remodels often need permits across multiple trades, and HOAs scrutinize design changes that touch the front of the house. We pull every permit. We sit through every inspection. We coordinate with your HOA. You do not make a call.
The Build
Tyler or Alexander runs the build personally, on site for the work that matters and available whenever you need them. The trades come in order. The siding crew, the concrete crew, the framers. They all answer to us, not the other way around. You get regular updates and a call any time we need a decision from you.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the whole house with you, every connection and every transition. The project is not done until you are completely satisfied. After we close out the permits, the house is yours, and we are still a phone call away.

Who actually builds my remodel?
Tyler and Alexander. They started the company together and they still run it together. They run every project personally. You will know the people doing the work on your house because you will be talking to them.
What kinds of exterior remodels do you take on?
Anything that changes the exterior of your house. Garages and detached structures. ADUs and accessory dwellings. Outdoor living spaces and outdoor kitchens. Concrete driveways, walkways, and hardscaping. Full siding replacements. We can take on one trade or coordinate all of them together as a single remodel.
Can you handle a remodel that involves multiple trades at once?
Yes. That is most of what we do. A typical Northside remodel coordinates siding, concrete, framing, and finish work in sequence so the trades do not step on each other. Tyler and Alexander manage the schedule personally, and the crew on your property at any given time answers to them.

How long does a remodel take?
It depends entirely on the scope. A garage addition is one timeline. A full exterior transformation with siding, concrete, and outdoor living is another. We do not commit to a timeline until the design is locked. Once you sign, you have a specific window.
How much does a remodel cost?
It depends on what you are doing. A standalone concrete driveway is one number. A full exterior remodel that ties siding, garage, and an outdoor kitchen together is a different number entirely. We do not throw out ballpark figures over the phone, because we do not know your project yet. After the consultation, once we have walked the house and you have picked your scope and materials, we give you a real number tied to your actual scope of work.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Northside Construction Co. LLC is licensed and fully insured. You can ask for proof of both before you sign anything, and we will send it over.
