Built on craftsmanship
Tyler and Alexander started Northside Construction with a simple idea: the homeowner should never wonder what is happening with their own project. Too many builders disappear after the contract is signed. Tyler and Alexander do not.
Tyler handles operations, sales, and client relationships. Alexander is the craftsman who ensures every structure is built to exceed code. Together, they are on your job site every single day, from first shovel to final walkthrough.
Based in Buford, Georgia, we serve homeowners throughout the Greater Atlanta area who value transparency, quality materials, and the confidence of knowing an owner is on their job site every day.

Consultation
We visit your property, listen to your vision, and discuss scope, materials, and budget. No pressure, no sales pitch.
Design & Plan
We create detailed plans and material specs. You see exactly what you are getting before we break ground.
Build
Construction begins with an owner on-site daily. Regular updates, no surprises, and zero shortcuts.
Final Walkthrough
We walk every detail together. We do not consider a project done until you are completely satisfied.
CRAFTSMANSHIP IN PRACTICE
Two covered porches. One looked cheap.
A client hired us to build a covered porch for $61K. Their neighbor hired a different builder for the same type of project at $45K. On paper, both were covered porches.
When both were finished, the difference was obvious. The neighbor's looked like it was built to the lowest possible standard. Ours looked like it belonged there. That is what craftsmanship means in practice, and it is the difference you can see from the street.
